Guebwiller Valley cycle route

At the foot of the Grand Ballon, the Guebwiller Valley Cycle Path follows the Lauch from Issenheim to the lake of the same name, the Lac de la Lauch. The route, which is mostly on its own track with a medium gradient until Lautenbach, becomes much sportier the rest of the way. You pass through the forest communities of Buhl, Lautenbach, Linthal and visit Guebwiller with its rich industrial past. The area has been awarded the label "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire" and has many places of interest. Don't miss the magnificent Murbach Abbey, the Dominicans of Haute-Alsace or the impressive terraced vineyards on the mountainside!
